Avoid structural landscaping disasters

We find that some people think “It’s just a retaining wall” and attempt to cut costs by using an unskilled operator to build their structural landscaping.

A word to the wise – garden retaining walls must be constructed with as much care as any lasting structure, with proper respect to foundations and drainage. Poorly built structural landscaping will quickly fail.

We are frequently called in to fix disasters created by unskilled contractors. We’ve seen things that still amaze us. Don’t be fooled, it’s not worth the headache to use a dodgy contractor! It’s more economical to get it done properly the first time.
